Refund Policy on our events

In the light of last years ash cloud problems and their repercussions on bookings we would like to make our refund policy clearer for future events

48 hours notice = full refund

less than 48 hours no refund.

"Act of God" or crisis event.

e.g ash cloud = full refund or option to transfer to another date if event is rescheduled.
